We will be holding Open House & Registration in North Point Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 119 Monticello Rd, Weaverville, NC from 10am-12pm on Monday, June 8 and Monday, July 6, 2026.
Christy and Jodie will be available to meet and answer questions.
Students can try instruments to see what they like.
Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, and Trombone will be available to try.
Students interested in playing percussion instruments, including drums, xylophone, and auxiliary percussion will have an opportunity to audition on snare and xylophone.
Christy and Jodie will be available to meet and answer questions.

Should you decide band is a good fit for your student and your family, you will be able to pick an instrument and register for the 2026-2027 school year.

We would like students to "dress for success" and come prepared for a simple job interview with Jodie and Christy. Students will be asked questions like:
This is meant not only to show us a student's interest in being a Section Leader, but also help our students prepare for college and scholarship interviews as well as job interviews when they are ready to enter the workforce.
