H.I.S. Homeschool Band OPEN HOUSE & REGISTRATION

2026-2027 Open House & Registration Dates

We will be holding Open House & Registration in North Point Baptist Church Fellowship hall, 119 Monticello Rd, Weaverville, NC from 10am-12pm on Monday, June 8 and Monday, July 6, 2026.

Meet the Directors and Try Instruments

Christy and Jodie will be available to meet and answer questions.

Students can try instruments to see what they like.

Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, and Trombone will be available to try.

Students interested in playing percussion instruments, including drums, xylophone, and auxiliary percussion will have an opportunity to audition on snare and xylophone.

Auditions for Experienced Students

Christy and Jodie will be available to meet and answer questions.

Students who already know how to play a concert band instrument and read music can play for the directors for placement purposes. Advanced Band Auditions to be held on a different date.

Registration Information

Should you decide band is a good fit for your student and your family, you will be able to pick an instrument and register for the 2026-2027 school year.
