We will be holding interviews for potential Intermediate Band Section Leaders for the Fall 2026 semester at North Point Baptist Church, 119 Monticello Rd, Weaverville, NC from 1pm-3pm on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

We would like students to "dress for success" and come prepared for a simple job interview with Jodie and Christy.  Students will be asked questions like:

• Why do you want to be a section leader?
• How long have you played this instrument?
• How long have you been a member of H.I.S. Homeschool Band?
• What do you think will make you a good section leader?
• What ideas do you have to help make your section better?

This is meant not only to show us a student's interest in being a Section Leader, but also help our students prepare for college and scholarship interviews as well as job interviews when they are ready to enter the workforce.
